Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time for most orders is 5–8 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Locarno is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Locarno is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to help customers work with the carrier to resolve issues.
